To ensure our design and print media align seamlessly with your expectations, we’ve established a four-phase process that guides us through each stage of development.

Brainstorming & Planning

Before commencing any work, we first conduct a brainstorming session to generate ideas based on the OGTA’s brief and requirements.

Architecture & Design

Once our brainstorming and planning are complete, and you’ve approved the initial concepts and design, we ensure that the department’s communication needs and priorities remain at the heart of every design decision—whether it’s color choices, image selection, font styles, or print medium. As part of this process, we commit to delivering the first set of concepts within 2 days for your review before proceeding to print.

Execution

Once you’ve selected your preferred creative direction, we move into the design execution phase. We collaborate with you to finalize the layout and design of each element, providing draft designs for your review to ensure your feedback is incorporated at every step. Upon approval of the final, print-ready design, a digital copy will be securely uploaded to our cloud for auditing and archival purposes.

Launch

We work closely with our in-house printing team to ensure the final product meets your expectations. Once everything is aligned, the final draft is sent for printing, adhering to the department’s specifications.
